COVID-19

The E4Electrical team continues to monitor ongoing developments regarding the COVID-19 Virus. Our priorities are the safety of our employees and customers, together with the continuity of our business operations.

Following the guidelines from the WHO, our South African Government health organisations, together with the requirements of the Disaster Management Act, we have implemented the relevant precautionary & hygiene measures within our business environment. We have taken the following steps, among others, to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 to the best of our ability:

• We have placed hand sanitizers at all access points to our building for use by our customers. We have also issued each of our staff with personal hand sanitizers.
• We have installed clear perspex protectors at each of the retail points on our counter.
• Our staff have been briefed to regularly wipe down ALL surfaces within the customer zone ie counter tops, pens, products, door handles etc.
• Our sales staff have been requested to avoid hand-shakes and to limit human contact as necessary within the guidelines and to always practise additional hygiene principles while in the public and at home.

Please note that we remain open for business as usual, with as many precautions in place as possible. We will continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments where necessary.

The above steps will help to promote a safe environment for our customers and employees. The spread of the COVID-19 virus can be controlled by each and every one of us, by acting responsibly and following the guidelines provided by the authorities.
